Find Your Perfect Niche in 1 Afternoon

A lot of people who are trying to start a business online get stuck at the very first step, trying to figure out what kind of business to start and what niche market to sell to. (A niche market is the subset of the market on which a specific product is focusing on)

And for good reason. NOTHING is more important than choosing the right niche.

Choose a niche that you love, but isn’t profitable, and you’ll never reach your dream of being able to work for yourself from home. Sure, you’ll have a fun hobby on the side, but that wasn’t quite your goal, was it?

Choose a niche that’s profitable, but doesn’t interest you, and you’ll soon find yourself burnt out and looking for something else. Even if that doesn’t happen, you’ll be competing with other people who ARE passionate about that niche.

You’ll be forcing yourself to read industry news and talk to your subscribers and customers about the topic, but you’ll be counting the minutes until you’re done. At the same time, your competitors will be devouring everything there is to know about the topic because they want to – and sharing it all, driving more and more people to pay attention to them instead of you.

You could waste years trying to build a business in the wrong niche and fail miserably.

It’s no wonder choosing a niche is one of the biggest and most stressful roadblocks for people!

If you’re worried, stressed, overwhelmed, frustrated or confused about how to figure out the perfect niche for you, then listen up because I have GREAT news.

Kevin Wilke of Nitro Marketing is about to share with you “The Perfect Niche Process”?

It consists of 6 steps that, once completed, give you a niche that you are passionate and excited about. A niche that is PROVEN to be successful and will make you money, one that you can compete in (even if you’re brand spankin new), and you’ll be able to quickly see results from.

Your worries will be gone, and you’ll be on the road to business success at last.

Watch the video below and feel your niche worries disappear :-)

How to Start a Profitable Online Business in 10 Easy Steps

Despite widespread claims that an internet business is the ticket to getting rich quick, with little or no effort, building a profitable online business doesn’t happen overnight. Even though it may not yield instant riches, following a proven system is the surest way to creating wealth online.

Recognizing the earnings potential of a profitable online business, many people are turning to the internet to create an extra income stream with the idea it may someday yield enough to support them fully.

However, there is so much information online now about how to build an online business that it’s easy to become overwhelmed and never take even the first step toward getting started. Without a systematic process to follow, would-be internet marketers face an uphill climb that’s both frustrating and usually futile.

The Nitro Blueprint System features ten easy steps to build a successful online business, starting from nothing. By following step-by-step directions through this process, users can avoid a lot of the confusion and information overload that plagues most internet entrepreneurs.

Step One: Market Research
In this step, students learn how to choose a market that is likely to be fruitful for them. By learning how to analyze niches and narrow the field of options, they can pick a market that will work well for them – one that is interesting enough to help pull them through the learning curve, and that also has the potential to generate a full-time income.

Step Two: Planning
Next, rather than creating a full-blown business plan, and potentially getting stuck at this point, they learn how to develop a quick and effective, strategic business map. Included in this step is the process of identifying the four key offers the business will make.

Step Three: Product Creation
In this segment, the front-end product is developed. Usually a front-end product is a book, ebook, audio, video, or software – and it can be either a product created by someone else and sold by affiliates, or a product created by the student.

Step Four: Sales Letter
Following a prescribed order and an extensive set of guidelines and touchstones, students learn how to use a winning formula to write compelling sales copy. By working from a proven example rather than writing from scratch, it’s a lot easier to get a first draft created and published.

Step Five: Website Creation
This next step is where many people get lost who are trying to build an online business on their own. Having a website designer build a website can be very expensive – learning how to build an effective site and automated sales system allows students to have control over their sites and ultimately to replicate what they’ve learned to launch multiple online businesses.

Step Six: Launching and Testing
This step involves getting the website to go live online, then performing simple split tests to fine-tune the sales process and make it more effective. Following the easy directions for running split tests, it’s possible to improve sales exponentially by making small improvements to the sales letter and website.

Step Seven: Traffic
Once the website is up and running, the next step is to get traffic. This program covers the three biggest sources of website traffic: PPC, organic traffic, and affiliate traffic. While using all three traffic sources is ideal, even starting with just one is a great way to attract visitors to the website. As more visitors come to the site, it’s simple to test the sales system’s effectiveness and make improvements which will boost sales.

Step Eight: Email Marketing
One of the most valuable assets any online business has is its subscriber list. The people on the list have given express permission to the site owner to contact them with product offers. By having this list of pre-qualified buyers, it’s easy to build a relationship with them very affordably through regular contact.

Step Nine: Traffic Enhancers
After an online business owner has mastered the three basic ways of getting website traffic, it’s a good idea to branch out into other traffic-generation tactics. Mastering these different traffic enhancers ensures a steady stream of new visitors to a website.

Step Ten: Back-End Products
While it’s enough to start with one front-end product, ultimately it’s far more profitable to have an assortment of additional products for buyers to purchase.

Because they’re more likely to make another purchase immediately after buying one thing, having continuity products and upsells available at that point of purchase makes it easy to make additional sales for the same amount of work. It’s not crucial to have these back-end products complete before launching the site, but it’s a good idea to add them into the sales funnel as quickly as possible.

Following these ten steps makes it easy to stay on track and focused rather than getting overwhelmed. By working on each step in the process one at a time, creating a full-time income online is simple.

Why it is Important to Build an Email List

#1 Fact about making money online:
If you want your internet business to be successful, you’ve got to get traffic to your site.

Duh. How many times have you heard that?

#2 Fact is like it: You’ve got to build a list.

There are a few (very few!) internet marketing “gurus” out there who’ll tell you that a list is optional. But honestly, that’s one of the craziest things I’ve ever heard.

The truth is that if you don’t have an email list, you’re leaving the majority of your money on the table, period. Unless you like to watch money slip away, you’ve got to build a quality email list.

Here are just a few of the many reasons you want to build an email list:

  • Most don’t buy on the first visit: Not giving your website traffic an opportunity to sign up for an email list once they visit your site, is like saying to the customer, “Nah, I’ll pass on having another opportunity to sell to you ever again, thanks anyway.”

Why? Only about two percent of all web traffic will purchase something on the first visit. That’s 98 visitors just coming and going. Of those 98, a good majority of them will eventually buy from you, but only if they are reminded that you exist. Face it, the Internet is a big place and there are probably hundreds if not thousands of websites just like yours that offer the same goods and services you do and if the potential customers are not constantly reminded of you and your services, the chances of them remembering you is almost nil.

Fix that by building and tending to your email list. Talk to your list on a regular basis (at least weekly).

  • Save time and money: They say in business, one thing you can’t make more of is time. If you could, you’d become a billionaire showing others your secret. But since there is no magic wand to waive that creates more time and money, an email list can save you in both areas.

If you use autoresponders, it’s super easy to build an email list. You do the work once and then the autoresponders takes over from there. It’s like automatic pilot for selling your stuff!

Sure you could stick to traditional methods of following up with your leads, with phone calls, letters, and meetings, but these antiquated methods not only take a lot of time to accomplish, they’re expensive, too.

  • Have customers remember you and even grow to like you:
If you stay in touch with your visitors and send them quality information you’ll start building a relationship with them because you’re providing value to them. The only “cost” for this insider info is being willing to receive email from you.

Whether they read all of your emails, every other email, or delete every one, your name sticks in their minds. Once they’re ready to buy what you’re selling, they’re much more likely to go to you because they’ll already feel like they know, trust, and like you. Everyone prefers to do business with someone they know rather than with a stranger.

Of course the most important reason to build your email list is to make money. If you make sure you build a list filled with people who are interested in what you sell, then even the smallest list can be a big money maker.

Avoid getting emails for the sake of building your list. A small list of buyers beats a big list of unqualified leads (people who wouldn’t want your products if you were giving them away!) any day.

Anyone who tells you that you don’t need an email list is a few sandwiches short of a picnic, so plug your ears and get busy building your email list today.

Website Traffic – What It Is and How To Get It

One of the largest driving forces of success online is the ability to drive traffic to your website. Master this one skill and you can literally recession-proof your business – but just as importantly – your income.

What is web traffic, you ask? Web traffic = visitors to your website. It is, very simply, absolutely the most important thing you need to be successful with any online business. Without web traffic, you’ve got nothing at all.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve developed the world’s greatest product if nobody knows about it. It doesn’t matter if you have the most dynamic, exciting website ever developed if nobody can find it.

Web traffic is your money supply for your business. It’s that simple. The more traffic you get, the more money you are going to make.

This is why, in traditional bricks and mortar businesses, all of those advertisements are constantly coming at you, and why businesses are so obsessed with “location, location, location”.

They must position themselves to drive traffic to themselves. While the techniques are largely different, and there is no need to worry about location, on the Web, the principles remain.

But, there is something else important about web traffic. It needs to be targeted traffic. Yes, it’s true that the more traffic you get, the more money you are going to make. But if you spend too much of that money, and too much of your precious time, driving people to your website who really won’t be interested in what you are selling, then it doesn’t mean a thing.

Your web traffic visitors need to have a probability, before they visit you, of wanting what you sell. If you sell products related to sports, you are wasting all of your marketing efforts trying to get people who are not sports fans to your site. They may come–but they will rarely buy.

Without sufficient targeted web traffic, you will not make money. Period.

There is one resource on the web that shows you step-by-step, the most innovative & unique ways to draw people to your site and get visitors to buy your product or service. No theory, just real-life techniques and the reason why they work. That resource is http://www.Trafficology.com

How to Choose a Niche Market That’s Perfect For You

So, you’ve caught a vision for what it would be like on the receiving end of a profitable online business.

You know this is the way you want to go to end your days of commuting, of having a boss – and watching someone else make a boatload of money off of your efforts.

Or, maybe you just want to spend more time with your family – or to be able to stay home with your kids. Or, to just plain live life on your terms, doing what you want to do – when, where, and how you want to do it.

There’s just one problem keeping you from getting started… and it looks like a big one.

You’ve realized you can’t do much of anything yet:

• Can’t buy a domain name
• Can’t set up a blog
• Can’t build your site
• Can’t choose or create product
• Can’t write your sales copy
• Can’t start going after traffic
• Can’t run a PPC campaign

Because you don’t have a niche market yet.

It’s overwhelming! The possibilities are so vast, so endless, that something strange has happened — you can’t think of a single one that seems like it’ll work.

You’re even having flashbacks of being in grade school, sitting there with a blank sheet of paper and a pencil – trying to create something out of nothing.

Or, you might have the opposite problem.

You’re scribbling like mad all over that paper – and have so many ideas you can’t stomach the thought of pursuing only one. You’re halfway thinking you’ll figure out a way to do a few at once, then see which pans out best.

The best advice I can give you here is choose and move. Don’t let this single most deadly point of constraint put an end to your online success before you even start.

It’s because we’ve heard from so many internet marketers about this aspiration-killing plague – and remember from our own experiences – that we wanted to create an easier entry point into this business. That’s what we did with Proven Niche Markets.

If you’re stuck looking at a blank sheet of paper, so stuck you can barely even remember any hobby, talent, expertise, or problem you’ve ever had in your life… this will serve as an excellent memory jogger. Markets will jump out at you as you go through the market-choosing process – and each and every one is a winner, so you can’t go wrong.

Of course, you may end up with so many ideas that you find yourself in the boat with the other guy – the one who’s going to be trying to run in fifteen different directions without a little IM intervention!

That’s why we also included a process so simple (and yet really pretty genius – thanks, Dan!) where you can narrow your choice down to ONE market that’s the perfect entry point as you get into internet marketing. (And don’t worry – we even tell you what to do with the “extra” markets you’ll be halfway dying to work on, too.)

If you’re stuck choosing your niche and want to discover the fastest, most painless way to find the perfect online niche market that’s guaranteed to make you a full time income – then you’ve got to check out Proven Niche Markets.

How To Make Money On The Internet When You’re Just A Beginner

Here’s a question I hear a lot:

“I don’t have a product, but I’d really like to learn how to market and make money on the Internet. I’m a complete newbie and have no idea where to start. Can you help?”

Absolutely!

In fact, if you’re starting from square one with an internet business, you may even have an advantage over people who’ve been in this for a while – if they’ve either built habits that are sabotaging their success, or if they’ve gotten an “I already know that” mindset.

You’ve got neither – and that’s good news.

Some other good news is that you don’t have to immediately dive into product creation, advanced traffic generation methods, joint ventures, and other tactics that can be a little overwhelming the first time you hear about them. You can start small, gain mastery over the first few steps of the process, and then expand at will.

There are three basic ways to make money online – and we through them all in-depth, step-by-step in the Nitro Blueprint System. They are:

• Making money as an affiliate (selling other people’s products)
• Making money through advertising
• Making money selling your own product

The easiest system to get started with is being an affiliate. You just choose a product (or a few that are related), and promote it. Every time someone buys one of these products through your link, you get paid.

The process is easy, too.

1. You can start by creating a blog. (By the way, if you can send an email, you can make a blog.)

2. Then write regular blog posts. (And there are several tips and tools you can use to make this super-easy – or you can even outsource it.)

3. Start collecting opt-ins and build your subscriber list.

4. Promote your affiliate products to the people on your list.

5. Get paid when they buy.

Once you’ve got this down, and you’re making some money online, you can move on to the other steps of the Nitro Blueprint System – and it’ll be a piece of cake to boost your online income, eventually making a full-time income from your business.

The important thing is to get started, and that means taking action. Choose a system – and there are others out there, not just NBS – and stick with it. Do your homework before you choose; look for a system that’s solid, sound, and has proven results.

What we hear from a lot of newbies – and some of them say when they started they could just barely “right click” – is that by working consistently on the online businesses they started using Nitro Blueprint System, they’re now on the way to replacing their full-time income, and some have even surpassed their job income.

Hey, everyone starts at square one. There’s nothing so complicated in the process of building an online business that you can’t learn it – it’s just a matter of getting your hands on a solid plan, and following it with determination.

Want Web Traffic Coming At You From Every Direction?

Ever see a kid play “Whack a Mole”?

The game starts out pretty mild – this little puppet thing pops up out of one of a dozen holes, and the kid bops it on the head with a little sledgehammer thing. (OK, probably not the most animal-friendly message to pass along, but they seem to enjoy playing it.)

As the game goes on, more of these moles pop up – sometimes at the same time, and the kid has got to really have some good hand-eye coordination to whack them before they disappear. They get all excited – the faster these things pop up, and the more of them that pop at once, the better.

What would it be like to have traffic that came to your website like that? (Of course, probably not a good idea to hit your visitors with a sledgehammer.)

It’s not that hard to create a multi-stream jet stream of traffic, really. Increasing your traffic numbers – as long as your conversion rate is good – will instantly increase your subscribers or sales. Think that might be worth your attention?

There are five major ways of drawing traffic to your site:

• Article marketing

This one’s a favorite for two major reasons. One, they’re really easy to outsource. Between Guru, Elance, and a few other freelance writing sites, finding a good content writer is easy – and you can expect good quality original 500 word articles for around $25 each. Be sure to run them through Copyscape – at least until you get comfortable with your writer. Look for a writer who’s got experience working with keywords; it’s a bonus if they’ve worked with internet marketers, because they’ll understand what makes a good article people will read and click through.

Two, once your articles are posted out there on the big distribution sites, they’re there forever. Unlike with PPC, where for some reason if you stopped paying for a campaign, they stop running your ads. It’s the opposite with article marketing – you pay once (if you outsource them) but your article’s presence and effectiveness continues to grow the longer it’s out there, as other directories and site owners republish it.

• Ezine advertising

First, identify ezines your target market reads, and then look into the possibility of advertising in them. Some ezine publishers accept ads, and some don’t, and the rates vary greatly. You’ll put your business in front of highly targeted prospects, and depending on the diligence of the list owner, prospects who have a history of buying.

This is a great way to reach your market at a time when they’re actively focused on your niche – as they read, they may be more open to clicking on a relevant ad. However, it’s best to have your ad lead to your landing page, rather than to your sales page. While they were thinking about your niche when they saw your ad, they weren’t actively looking for something to buy at the time.

• Social marketing

Social marketing is a great way to drive traffic to your site for a few reasons. It’s generally less expensive than other methods of advertising. In fact, the only real expense is your time. The mindset you want to have as you work with social networking sites is that your goal is to share, to give, and to connect. If you slam all your connections with a constant barrage of sales messages, you might as well turn that sledgehammer on yourself.

Instead, think viral, and give, give, give. You want to stir up their interest, drawn them to want more information, make it so your update is the one they go looking for when they log onto the site. Social marketing can take a while to bear fruit, but because they come to you out of having already experienced what you’re like, they’re likely to be very high quality leads.

• PPC

Pay Per Click – still one of the fastest ways to get traffic to your site. Fast traffic is essential for testing and tweaking your site, and is a crucial element to any online business’ success. You want to learn how to create and manage a search network campaign before you tackle one on the content network – and there is definitely a learning curve.

But PPC is a solid traffic generation tool that, once you master it, works like clockwork. Knowing how much each conversion adds to your bottom line makes running your campaigns easy and efficient.

• Forum marketing

This one’s a lot slower than PPC, and works a bit like social marketing – but it can yield an absolute onslaught of traffic if you do it well. Search for forums where your target market is likely to hang out. There are people who become so attached to their favorite message board or forum that they’re there literally all day, checking in with their friends like they’re sitting on a stool at a diner.

Again, you don’t want to be aggressive; you want to make friends, to be a giver. Forums are a great place to position yourself as an expert, to help other users by answering questions or letting them know about resources they’ll benefit from – not always yours! You mostly promote your site on a forum by using your signature box. You need to be pretty active on the board in order to become known and to see results. Be patient, because once you create a presence, you’ll see a huge boost in your traffic.

Now of course, all of these methods are for driving traffic to your site – and that assumes you’ve actually got a site.

If you’re still struggling with what’s probably the biggest obstacle for any beginning internet marketer – choosing a niche – you’ve got to move past that hurdle first. Bookmark this post for later, when you’ve chosen a niche and built your site. Then come back and create a traffic generation plan using these tactics.

Once you get them going, you’ll be surrounded by traffic coming from every direction, faster than you can ever imagine.

Creating An Effective Internet Marketing Message And Solving Problems

An effective business depends on creating a great marketing message to help identify a way to get a point across and also how well you tackle problems in your business. Your success is directly related to how well you can sell your product and knock out any potential roadblocks. Whether you want to have an internet business related to selling widgets or computer services, you’ll want to apply these two techniques to help you sort through the mess of problems you will encounter and get to the heart of your business.

The techniques most commonly used are the 4 Quadrant of Learning techniques in setting up your marketing message and also the DOS technique to help solve problems and issues.

The 4 Quadrant of Learning will help you quickly identify your marketing message and what internet business interests you the most. Making sure you have all 4 quadrants covered ensures you are speaking to as many people as possible.

In finding a niche market, let’s use the 4 Quadrant of Learning Technique

  • Why?: Thinking of the why brings up questions of why something is important. Thinking of the “whys” of what you want to sell will help you better communicate to customers why it is they need your product. This also helps you in determining the niche market you would like to explore.
  • What?: These are the details and features of what your idea does and how to narrow down your niche market. We have done research over dozens of sites that have already compiled most of this data (niche markets) and we have narrowed it down to 5254 data points or best possible markets for you to explore. These are markets you can quickly reach online and get started right away.
  • How?: How explains how your product works. This can be done through tutorials or demonstrations. We have a magic formula regarding how to go through the niche list and determine what you have a passion for and what internet marketing message would be good for you.
  • What If/Real World: This shows how our marketing message applies to real world examples and how you can meet your business goals online. With your idea and passion set, you can apply this to gain real world income.

The DOS technique comes from Dan Sullivan’s company Strategic Coach and is an effective way of identifying and solving problems. DOS stands for (dangers / opportunities / strengths). It is all about solving dangers and utilizing strengths to capitalize on opportunities.

A good example of a way to utilize DOS to think about a situation is this. Imagine your company has a goal of getting 500 new customers per month which would result in $50,000 per month of revenue.

Using the DOS technique, you would think about and write down any dangers you see in reaching these objectives. Also you would write down and explore any opportunities the company could capitalize on in order to turn these dangers into benefits. And lastly, you would look inward at yourself to explore and write down the strengths you have to solve each danger and capitalize on some opportunities.

Creating an effective internet marketing strategy depends on asking you a lot of questions and also knowing how to tackle problems and issues while capitalizing on business opportunities. Using the 4 Quadrant of Learning and the DOS techniques, you will be armed for just about anything and will always be pro-active in moving your business forward.
